As Head of Brand Marketing & Trade Iberia (temporary)
...You will have the opportunity to lead a multifunctional, multi-category marketing team and drive the growth in your market by leading the consumer marketing strategy for a group of brands in line with country commercial strategy.
You will/You'll be responsible for...
- Manage a team of Junior Brand Managers, Brand Managers, Senior Brand Managers, Trade Marketing Managers (Category), and Consumer Engagement Media Managers. Support the local management of an I&A; manager (dotted line)
- Be responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for a group of brands in the market. Act as "Marketing Director" for the Iberia, being responsible for full P&L; incl marketing budget. Tracking of business performance, outlook for next 12 months and gap filling initiatives
- Lead your team to develop and execute consumer marketing plans for your brands
- Work across functions including region, CGO, supply, sales and finance to develop and execute with excellence your commercial plans
- Lead your team to execute and "amplify" with scale and excellence Media, NPD, Communications and BDI plans in line with region and CGO guidelines / toolkits
The experience we're looking for
- Brand Marketer with minimum 10 years' experience in Marketing. Experience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing is advantageous.Must be degree qualified.
- Must be able to demonstrate outstanding commercial skills and potential, developed preferably within an FMCG environment.
- Experience in media or ecommerce a plus, but not required
- International work experience advantageous
