Senior Fullstack Developer (PHP + Vue)
Capitole Consulting is looking to hire a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our client’s team in Alicante. The role is open to candidates nationwide;
relocation to Alicante is required. Hybrid work model is offered.
Responsibilities
* Report to the Head of Engineering and evolve applications related to concentrator management and consumption monitoring.
* Participate in the technical vision and key initiatives such as architecture modernization, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
* Redesign and refactor backend services in cloud environments, simplify legacy architectures, migrate from MySQL to PostgreSQL, manage Symfony and .NET updates.
* Optimize data models and complex queries, reduce technical debt, and improve maintainability.
* Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
* Monitor system performance, detect and resolve critical incidents, and improve load management and traffic peak handling.
* Integrate non‑functional requirements from the design stage.
* Develop scalable and resilient services, work in Kubernetes environments (AKS), improve deployments using Helm, and implement observability best practices.
* Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and improve logging and traceability standards.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in PHP, Symfony, and Vue.Js.
* Solid experience with .NET and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
* Experience with RabbitMQ, Docker, Helm, and cloud‑native environments.
* Knowledge of IAM solutions such as Keycloak, OAuth2, and OIDC.
* Experience in distributed architecture design.
