Our client, an IT company specializing in software solutions for banks and neo-banking institutions, is looking for a UX/UI Designer for its office in Valencia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives, including interviews and usability testing, to gather valuable insights and inform design decisions.
- Design user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user journeys and simplify complex processes.
- Create aesthetically pleasing and consistent designs that reflect the brand's identity while ensuring optimal user experience.
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes and mockups, collaborating with developers to ensure precision in execution.
- Work alongside product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to iterate and refine designs throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating the latest UX/UI practices and emerging technologies into your work.
- Perform competitive analysis and research to drive continuous design improvements and innovation.
- Champion design thinking within the organization, ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met across all digital platforms.
Minimum requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within digital products or fintech.
- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a proven ability to create detailed prototypes and design systems.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience with both UX research and visual design, showcasing a deep understanding of interaction design principles.
- Fluency in English is required ; proficiency in Russian is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
- Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present and justify design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
