What You’ll Do
* Develop design proposals, specifications, submittal and production drawings, and other technical documentation.
* Provide design solutions to meet customer and site requirements, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
* Revise and validate structural designs during tendering stages to support solution proposals and cost estimations.
* Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
* Design and validate mechanical and structural elements of prefabricated buildings, including steel frame structures.
* Prepare calculation notes, manufacturing documentation, transport / lifting procedures, and testing protocols.
* Review and approve third-party designs to confirm compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
* Provide engineering support to factories, commissioning teams, subcontractors, and on-site services.
* Travel occasionally to customer sites to support technical resolutions.
What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Structural, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in structural and mechanical design of steel constructions.
* Strong expertise with Autodesk Revit, CREO, Tekla, and Autodesk Robot.
* Solid knowledge of finite element analysis and structural validation.
* Ability to work on international projects, adapting to local codes, seismic compliance, and diverse regulations.
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry best practices.
Nice to Have
* Experience with additional CAD / CAE tools or structural analysis software.
* Familiarity with PaaS / Cloud-hosted engineering solutions.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and factory validation workflows.
* Strong networking and presentation skills, including the use of social media for technical collaboration.
* Experience in safety engineering and risk assessment for prefabricated structures.
