Customer Success – Spanish Portfolio Las Rozas (On-site) About Simplifae Simplifae is a European leader in e Procurement and market intelligence, bringing together multiple platforms across Iberia and Poland. Position Overview As a Customer Success Manager (Spanish Portfolio), you will manage and grow relationships with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring high retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion. You will combine customer success and commercial acumen, acting as a strategic partner to clients while identifying opportunities to increase adoption and generate additional value. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Spanish clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction. Drive renewals and retention, proactively identifying at-risk accounts. Deliver consultative support, helping clients maximize value from Simplifae solutions. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Manage commercial processes, including proposals and contract updates. Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems. Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to inform strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption and customer outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients. Education & Experience Up to 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, or similar). Background in Saa S, B2 B services, or digital platforms preferred. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). Skills & Competencies Strong communication and relationship management skills. Commercial mindset with proven upselling/cross-selling ability. Analytical and data-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively. Problem-solving and adaptability. Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus.
