At Exceltic, we are looking for a Human Resources Intern to provide administrative support to the department and develop professionally in an environment where learning and growth take center stage.
What will your mission be?
To support the Human Resources team with administrative tasks, document management, and operational HR processes, contributing to the smooth functioning of the department while gaining hands-on experience across different HR areas.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the management and filing of employment documentation.
* Updating employee databases and personnel records.
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
* Collaborating on administrative tasks related to training, occupational health and safety, and payroll.
* Preparing reports, lists, and internal communications.
* Handling basic administrative inquiries from employees.
* Assisting in the organization and monitoring of internal departmental processes.
What are we looking for?
* You are currently pursuing a Vocational Training qualification, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Business Management, or a related field.
* Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or educational institution.
* Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented profile.
* Strong interest in developing a professional career in Human Resources.
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
We will especially value:
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
* Previous experience in administrative tasks.
* Familiarity with document management tools or databases.
* Intermediate level of English adn Spanish
