Digital within Airbus is a transnational organisation mirroring the Industrial landscape. We are organized in Product and Service Lines (PSL) that have End-to-End (E2E) accountability and responsibility for their IT solutions. Within the PSL "E2E Planning & Logistics" you will join the product team "Transport Management" responsible for the IT solutions and associated processes across all AIRBUS sites.
What You'll Do
In close collaboration with our logistics business colleagues, we provide state‐of‐the‐art IT solutions to enable competitive, standardised and robust logistics operations. For this purpose we have jointly launched several logistics transformation initiatives.
You will be part of an Agile Multi‐Functional Team (MFT) designing, implementing and deploying new logistics IT solutions by applying new concepts and technologies (mainly Transport, Track & Trace, SAP Hana and S/4HANA, Ui5, including Robotics...).
Participate in all ceremonies related to the scope project
Coordinate with all Digital stakeholders
Be responsible for providing the adequate resources to develop business requirements
Be responsible for the follow‐up, the solution & MiP
Organise and follow up the budget for the Digital resources
Capture programme and other useful metrics to support relentless improvement
Prepare for PI Planning and ensure the vision, roadmap and programme backlogs are ready
Prepare Steering committee and represent IM team
Be involved and provide new solution validation (collaboration with architecture team)
Help teams with feature estimation and the aggregation of estimates for larger pieces of work such as capabilities and epics
Manage risks, dependencies and resolve impediments
Main Tasks And Accountabilities
Conduct in‐depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the AIRBUS logistics department, with recommendations on innovative SAP technologies.
Define and develop the required technical specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and product team members.
Manage/Integrate the work of the IT sub‐contractors.
Manage and be part of the realization of new logistics IT solutions in a multinational organisation following a joint approach with business and other technical experts based on the agile framework (SAFe) to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.
Serve as liaison between Product Management teams and development resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.
Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the IT strategy.
Support the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on customer and technical requirements.
Produce documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer.
Monitor external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements.

Competences
Several years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Management (HANA, Ui5/Fiori, MM, SD, WM, QM, EWM, S/4HANA)
Experience in logistics / Transport and third‐party logistics (3PL) processes
Project management
