Your role and responsibilities
Develop Transformation Recommendations: Identify performance gaps between the client’s current state and desired future state, use data‑driven tools to pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to address these gaps.
Enhance Procurement/Finance’s Strategic Role: Focus on enhancing procurement/finance’s strategic role within the organization, contributing to the overall business transformation and helping clients achieve long‑term success.
Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to review and refine their existing business strategy or devise a new one, aligning it with market and competitive forces.
Identify Strategic Capabilities: Determine strategic capabilities essential for creating and maintaining a competitive edge, including process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge.

Required technical and professional expertise
Proven experience in Finance and/or Procurement transformation, with solid involvement in one or more of:
Process redesign / process optimization
Target Operating Model definition
(process, org, governance, KPIs/SLAs, service model)
Shared Services / GBS centralization programs
(scope, transition planning, governance, stabilization)
Technology-enabled operations improvement, including automation and AI use cases
Benchmarking, best practices, maturity models, and translating diagnostics into roadmaps
Strong understanding of typical Finance/Procurement process areas, such as:
Finance: Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), FP&A;, closing & consolidation, controls/compliance
Procurement (Source-to-pay): sourcing, supplier management, contract management, spend analytics, Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
Consultative orientation : ability to frame problems, structure analysis, facilitate workshops, and guide decisions with senior stakeholders.
Customer orientation : comfortable in client‑facing roles, proactive communication, and ownership of outcomes.
Team management : ability to lead workstreams and guide small teams (planning, delegation, quality assurance, coaching).
Advanced English & Spanish
(spoken and written): able to run workshops, write deliverables, and present to international stakeholders.
Preferred technical and professional experience
ERP knowledge : exposure to Finance/Procurement ERPs and related tools (e.G., SAP) and/or process mining / automation platforms.
Experience designing or improving
service management
models for SSCs (service catalog, SLAs/XLAs, demand management, continuous improvement).
Experience in
data/analytics
for Finance or Procurement (e.G., KPI frameworks, operational dashboards, insights & reporting).
