Driveability | Ride & Handling e-Powertrain Expert
We are searching for highly motivated engineers with excellent background in e‑powertrains and a good level of English and Spanish to work in our team at Valladolid.
Responsibilities
Calibration of e‑powertrain regarding torque demand, regenerative braking and other driveability related functions.
Dataset development and validation to meet requirements in all ambient conditions.
Planning and execution of a vehicle testing program.
Analysis of results and preparation of recommendations.
Reporting of results to project board.
Profile Description
Education: Mechanical/Automotive or similar Engineering degree.
Master's or Ph.D. desirable.
Provided understanding of powertrains and vehicle dynamics.
Competences on ETAS INCA, Vector Canalyzer, AVL Concerto, AVL Creta, DDT2000; Matlab Simulink.
More than 5 years of automotive industry related topics (calibration, validation, software development) experience desirable.
Expertise in e‑powertrain calibration (regenerative braking, torque vectoring, chassis dynamics, ...).
Knowledge of high voltage parts such as BMS (Battery), Inverter (Electric Motor).
English required, Spanish highly desirable, French a plus.
High sense of responsibility, goal‑oriented and social skills.
Extra curriculum activities like Formula Student is a plus.
Driving license required.
