Responsibilities
* Lead and manage international SAP in-house consultant teams, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy and business objectives.
* Lead and manage international SAP projects, including design, customizing, migration, and system enhancements.
* Take full responsibility for SAP CO customizing, support and continuous improvement.
* Ensure ERP initiatives are delivered in scope, on time, and on budget, while collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs.
* Drive a consistent global ERP application architecture and governance while managing external partners to deliver high-quality services within agreed SLAs.
* Develop and maintain roadmaps for application services and SAP systems in line with CIO-defined strategies.
* Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and project portfolio within the application domain.
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification.
* 10+ years of professional IT experience with a strong focus on SAP systems.
* Proven track record of successful SAP implementation projects.
* Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP CO (Controlling).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of SAP processes and general IT technologies.
* Problem-solving and service-oriented attitude.
* Cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work effectively across cultures and under time pressure.
