About the Role:
At NTT DATA we are looking for professionals specialized in: IAM Technical & Project Manager to join an international project of great relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cybersecurity and IAM projects end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery, planning, and client satisfaction.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as Project Manager and/or Technical Manager depending on project needs.
* Provide technical expertise across cybersecurity domains, with special focus on IAM initiatives.
* Support the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity governance.
* Contribute to proposal preparation, solution design, estimations, and technical documentation.
* Monitor project risks, resources, timelines, and financial performance.
* Mentor junior consultants and promote cybersecurity best practices within the team.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including project or technical team management.
* Strong expertise in IAM technologies and governance models.
* Experience with solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID.
* Broad cybersecurity knowledge across areas such as GRC, cloud security, infrastructure security, and security operations.
* Previous experience in consulting or professional services environments.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
* High B2++ or above level of English.
* Based in Spain, preferably Madrid (or Valencia).
* European Union nationality.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ISO 27001 LA/LI, or IAM-related certifications.
* Experience in multicultural and international environments.
* Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, DORA, and GDPR.
* Previous experience with International Organizations or public sector projects.
