Junior Lawyer
who supports the General Counsel in legal, compliance and corporate governance matters at an international level, ensuring alignment with the Company’s legal standards and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Contractual Support
Review and support the drafting of commercial agreements, distribution contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs and international commercial documentation.
Monitor contractual obligations, renewals and relationships with agents, distributors and partners.
Compliance
Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies, whistleblowing procedures, equality plans and internal corporate policies.
Assist in compliance reviews, investigations and reporting across.
Insurance Management
Support the management and follow-up of the Group companies’ insurance policies and claims.
Coordinate and monitor insurance coverage including liability (RC), damages, cyber risk, transport and other corporate insurance policies.
Brand & Intellectual Property Management
Assist in the protection, registration, renewal and management of trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights.
Coordinate brand registrations and trademark portfolios with external advisors.
Legal Operations
Maintain legal documentation, contract management and compliance records.
Candidate Profile
Degree in Law.
Experience in commercial law, compliance or corporate legal departments.
Good level of English (written and spoken).
