Key Responsibilities
* Application of formal change architectures, models, and framework
* Measurement of short- and long-term business outcomes related to organizational change
* Designs effective change plans to drive successful adoption of the change within the organization
* Quantitative and qualitative analyses to implement data-driven change models
* Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders
* Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications strategy
* Development and execution of strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change
* Assessment of organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps
* Management of OCM activities and deliverables within the context of a larger project/program
* Executing communications and training strategy
* Measuring adoption success of new technologies implemented
Qualifications
* Knowledge of change management frameworks and methods, including assessing readiness
* Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making
* Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials (skills in using online learning tools are welcome)
* Effective interpersonal skills
* Ability to identify and communicate information/strategy to multiple stakeholders
* Results-driven and detail-oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with organizational design
