The Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA) Product Owner is responsible for delivering SETA products and services, including:
Security Education:
Developing and delivering education tracks to enhance our teams' expertise in information security, including curricula aligned with the NICE framework.
Security Training:
Designing and implementing training programs for all employee groups, addressing cyber threats, business security risks, and compliance requirements.
Security Awareness:
Creating engaging campaigns using creative formats and adaptive delivery methods (e.G., Cybersecurity Awareness Month, mascots, branded merchandise), and maintaining a continuous testing program with phishing simulations and gamification.
Regional and Cultural Adaptation:
Tailoring SETA products and services to reflect regional, cultural, and risk profile differences across the Liebherr group.
Performance Monitoring:
Developing key risk and performance indicators, dashboards, and reports to support cultural transformation and human resilience in information security.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaborating with stakeholders across groups, divisions, and companies, including security, IT, HR, and communications teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of experience in information security or related roles
4+ years in security education, training, and awareness
Preferred certifications:
SSAP, CCAP, CAPC, CISSP
Strong communication skills in multicultural environments
Experience in instructional design, adult learning, behavioral science, or change management
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in communication and content development
Desirable:
experience with product ownership and agile methodologies like SAFe
