As Security Operations Manager, you will lead the Security Operations Team to safeguard Unit4's global IT estate and data. You’ll shape the security operations strategy, mature processes, and playbooks while coordinating with IT, Engineering, and Compliance. You’ll drive 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management to reduce risk across cloud, endpoints, and applications. This role offers impact at scale in a fast-growing, people-focused software company.

• Lead and develop the Security Operations Team
• Define and advance cyber security operations strategy
• Design and mature operational processes, playbooks, and response frameworks
• Oversee 24/7 security monitoring, triage, and incident response
• Tune and utilise SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intel platforms
• Lead major security incidents and coordinate cross-functional remediation
• Oversee vulnerability scanning, prioritization, and remediation governance
• Track emerging threats and CVEs, ensuring timely mitigation across cloud, endpoints, and applications
Responsabilidades
• Strong understanding of security technologies
• Deep knowledge of cloud and endpoint security (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)
• Expertise in incident response and operational security processes
• Experience managing and developing security teams
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Awareness of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and CVEs
