**BUSINESS DESCRIPTION**
**Position Summary**
- Receive and process orders for customers and ensure the fastest possible delivery to these customers, as well as timely invoicing.
- Follow-up from order to delivery.
- Contribute to an outstanding purchasing experience for our customers
**Responsibilities**
- Receipt of orders from customers and distributors and input in the system, monitor from order to delivery, and contribute to a timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with Month-end closing to accounts department.
- Invoicing in a timely manner
- Weekly reports to management
- Handle with customer complaints
- Communicate internally with Production, Planning and Sales regarding potential issues, solutions or opportunities.
- First point of contact for customers and colleagues concerning questions, opportunities and issues;
- Create and follow up customer complaints.
- Other possible tasks associated with the sales administration.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in logistics with commercial feeling or you have experience in a similar function.
- You express yourself fluently in English (native level) and Spanish. French is a plus.
- You can communicate at different levels, both outside and within the organization.
- You can easily handle Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and you preferably have experience with an ERP package.
- You are a dynamic graduate or you have a first work experience in a similar role.
- You are willing to make occasional trips.
- Collaborative style, team player. You are highly communicative and customer-oriented.
- You have a adaptable and solution-oriented mindset.
- You are eager to learn, you can absorb a lot of information and you know how to set priorities.
- You can deal with deadlines and work efficiently and accurately.
