Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH)

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in
onboarding to our internal DevOps platform
and
curated Azure services
Drive the
re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure
while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure‑by‑design principles
Drive the
migration of CI/CD pipelines
from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements
Collaborate closely with development teams,
educating and enabling
them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud‑native development
Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating
templates, documentation, and training materials
that simplify platform adoption
What do we expect from you?
Software engineer
with profound hands‑on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
Practical experience building and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines
and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab)
Strong understanding of
DevOps principles
, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices
Hands‑on experience with
Microsoft Azure
services and
Infrastructure‑as‑Code
Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience working in air‑gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries
Cloud certifications (e.G., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage
Fluency in English
Experience working in
agile environments
(SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams
