Naturitas is an e-commerce company focused on natural products. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to support our expansion, including Italy, by building strong supplier partnerships and identifying new brand opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
Introduce and assess new catalog products
Analyze sales performance and margins to drive growth
Manage pricing and monitor the market
Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
Activate on-site promotions and visibility opportunities to capture brand investment
Launch targeted CRM campaigns
Propose improvements to SEM strategy, CRM/social media copy, and product listings
Optimize stock policies based on sales forecasts and ensure healthy stock levels
Maintain regular contact with suppliers and manage the buying catalogue
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and consumer trend analysis
Advanced Excel skills
Native Italian speaker with fluent English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
At least 3 years of experience in category management within eCommerce and natural products industry
Strong teamwork, proactivity, energy, and collaborative mindset
Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and operations teams
Willingness to travel to trade fairs and xpzdshu industry events
Highly commercial profile focused on identifying, sourcing, and developing new brands
Experience in developing category strategies and optimizing product assortment
