**We are hiring immediately**a Corporate Legal Counsel (M/F)**to join Aggreko’s internal legal team to help drive growth in our European division.**:

**Your Role**
Reporting to the Continental Europe Legal Director, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial operations across Europe. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing legal advice to sales, procurement, finance, and other support teams.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts (NDAs, general terms and conditions, tenders, service agreements, rental agreements, etc.).
- Supporting the preparation of tenders in collaboration with sales and finance teams.
- Conducting legal research and monitoring local and international regulations.
- Managing litigation follow-up and reporting.
- Handling corporate secretarial duties.
**Your Profile - What We’re Looking For**
**Education**: Master’s degree (Master 2) in International Law - _mandatory_
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in a commercial law firm or in-house legal department, ideally in an international environment
**Languages**:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Spanish, Italian or German is a strong asset
