We’re not looking for someone who only advises what to test; we want a hands‑on CRO who can ideate, copy, design, and launch experiments directly. You should speak both data and design fluently and leverage AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed.

This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required.

* A Data‑Driven Creator – fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Mixpanel, and more; not just running tests but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose & Prioritize: Conduct in‑depth funnel analysis across all Paradox touchpoints – landing pages, checkout flows, onboarding journeys, community platforms – identifying friction points and prioritizing based on business impact using frameworks like PIE and ICE.
* Design & Run Experiments: Plan, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests end‑to‑end, from hypothesis definition to variant development and post‑test analysis. Collaborate with UX, Dev, and Product to deploy clean, validated experiments.
* Analyze & Communicate: Extract actionable insights from analytics dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio). Present findings with clarity and influence decision‑making at the highest level.
* Optimize User Experience: Combine quantitative data (heatmaps, session recordings, analytics) with qualitative feedback (user tests, surveys) to improve flow, trust, and engagement across key funnels.
* Systemize Growth Learnings: Build and maintain a central CRO knowledge base documenting test hypotheses, outcomes, and learnings. Create templates, SOPs, and playbooks to scale what works.


Tools You’ll Master

GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and any tool that helps you spot insights others miss.


Experience

* Ideally a minimum of 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, preferably within SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.
* Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that have delivered measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.


Personality

* Curiosity: Relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do until you uncover the insight behind the data.
* Precision: Care about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results.
* Agility: Move fast, adapt instantly to new findings, and turn insights into tests within hours, not weeks.


Language

French: Native/Bilingual. English: Fluent; able to hold conversations with English‑speaking colleagues. Written communication is in English.
