We are currently looking to add a Product Standardization Engineer to our team, based in Madrid.
About the Role
* Assume the technical responsibility of an assigned family of components/assemblies. Pole of technical expertise gathering and final decision making.
* Define the catalogue of components/subassemblies to be selected for application.
* Define and supervise the validation plan of new components to add to the catalogue.
* Manage the PLM library of the family of components/subassemblies which is responsible for, ensuring attributes definition and data completion as well as classification and status setter.
* Focal point of Innovation Dept. for new technology transfer.
* Define the design guideline of the family of components/subassemblies which is responsible for.
* Decision maker in the deviation assessment process of the family of components/subassemblies which is responsible for, by supporting local Eng. Teams and approving the concerned documentation.
Requirements
* Academic or professional education in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or Systems Engineering.
* Advance knowledge of HVAC systems components.
* Knowledge of Validation and Verification Tools and Techniques.
* Knowledge of PLM system (WT) and use to read and interpret TDS.
* Knowledge of particularities of requirements in different markets (regional std’s, regulations, etc.).
* Knowledge of particularities of the global supply chain.
