We are currently seeking a skilled EU RFP Proposal Technical Writer with expertise in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) domain. The role involves developing high-quality, compelling, and compliant technical proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFIs, and RFQs for the European Institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and identify requirements
- Develop clear, concise, and persuasive technical proposal content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, solution architects, and sales teams
- Translate complex ICT concepts into understandable language
- Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and evaluation criteria
- Manage proposal timelines and coordinate deliverables
- Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and knowledge repositories
- Review, edit, and proofread proposal submissions
Required Qualifications
- University Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing in ICT or telecom
- Proven experience responding to RFPs and proposals
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English language
- Ability to understand technical concepts such as software development lifecycle, DevOps, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Working knowledge of mainstream GenAI tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience writing proposals for European Institutions tenders
- Knowledge of ICT industry standards and technologies
- Knowledge of ITIL and Project Management methodologies
- APMP certification is a plus, other certifications a nice-to-have
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with proposal management tools and repositories
