We’re looking for a fully remote Creative Production Manager with a strong background in Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team and make waves with groundbreaking ideas and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Creative Strategies: Craft and execute a clear 3-to-6-months production roadmap to hit performance KPIs that includes clear angles, approaches, product USPs, hooks, content, etc.
- Trendsetting Production: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and even creating trends that can be leveraged for viral, high-performance campaigns.
- Client Collaboration: Understand brand identities, distill their core USPs, and translate them into creative solutions that address customer pain points.
- Team Work: Communicate ideas effectively across internal teams and collaborate closely with creatives, media buyers, and clients.
- Performance Data Analysis: Understand CTR, Hook Rate, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, etc. Communicate hypothesis clearly and proactively develop iterations to boost performance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all creative deliverables, aiming to achieve 0 client feedback rounds required for improvement after final creative is shared.
- Persuasive Influence: Convince stakeholders, clients, and collaborators to adopt bold ideas and rally behind unconventional strategies.
Required Experience & Skills
Hard Skills
- Paid Social Expertise: Proven track record of developing performance-focused creative strategies for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other key platforms.
- Trend Analysis & Production: Skilled at leveraging data and intuition to spot trends, adapt to them quickly, and create buzz-worthy content.
- English Fluency: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Experience in large scale creative production management (not TV / film / photoshooting, etc. but rather memes, UGC, AIGC etc)
- Bachelor or higher in Design related studies
