**Responsibilities**
- Effectively control calendar (scheduling appointments, meetings, travel arrangements)
- Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests
- Provide meeting support, including preparing meeting agendas, materials, taking meeting minutes, and arranging logistics for the meeting
- Coordinate and schedule team meetings and sales conferences and events
2. Travel arrangements
- Plan and coordinate travels in compliance with company policies
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely
3. Communication
4. Customer based management
- Schedule meetings with customers and other stakeholders
- Responsible for communicating with customers and other stakeholders on behalf of the VP
- Customer Relationship Management
- Data Management ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
5. Organize sales events
- Coordinate internal events, sales meetings
- Coordinate external events, customer forums, wind energy fairs
**Qualifications**
- BA degree in a relevant field of study, for instance language, communication, business administration or similar
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, specially supporting executive level and in an international company
**Competencies**
- Appropriate organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Advanced communications skills in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing.
- Great attention to details
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a time-sensitive situation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software
