Overview
GROHE Espana S.A. is seeking a commercially minded and strategically driven Leader, Finance Iberia to support growth in the Iberian market. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, shaping business strategy, and acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders. This role is Hybrid, Full Time, located in Iberia/Spain.
What You’ll Do
* As a key member of the Iberia management team, you’ll support country-level decision-making while driving operational and commercial performance. Reporting to the Regional Finance Leader for Western Europe.
* Oversee and guide a team of three (Business Controller, Accountant, and IT).
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
* Provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
* Partner cross-functionally with HR, Sales, and Operations.
* Lead the internal and external Audit process, including statutory accounts.
* Manage and develop the local Finance Team.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-qualified (Certified Accountant, MBA or similar).
* 10+ years of experience in finance roles within multinational environments.
* Strong accounting and financial planning skills (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
* Commercial mindset with the ability to drive and measure tangible outcomes.
* Experience in matrix organisations and stakeholder management.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
* Open-minded, operational, and approachable leadership style.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
