Our client, a market leading Renewable Construction company are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a Substation Construction project in Zaragoza, Spain. If you're passionate about safety, quality, and leading Electrical Site works from the ground up — this is your role.
Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in developing detailed schedules and execution plans
Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HV electrical systems
Enforce safety protocols and industry standards across all activities
Track project progress and address risks or delays proactively
Lead and motivate on-site teams, including HV techs, electricians, and subcontractors
Assist in allocating labour, materials, and equipment effectively
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in the electrical engineering sector
Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder coordination
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using project management and reporting software
Fluent Spanish & English
