Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LQA testers across multiple languages
* Develop and implement LQA test plans, workflows, and best practices
* Oversee linguistic, functional, and cosmetic testing of localized content
* Ensure linguistic consistency, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to brand guidelines
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding LQA processes
* Allocate resources effectively and maintain project schedules
* Track and report on LQA progress, issues, and resolutions
* Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new LQA team members
Qualifications
* Proven experience in LQA, localization, or related fields, including leadership or coordination roles
* Familiarity with LQA tools, TMS, and bug-tracking software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Knowledge of linguistic nuances, cultural differences, and industry best practices
* Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in game, software, or app localization
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Experience with automation tools for LQA is a plus
