About the Role
As a Sales Manager you will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals driving performance and revenue while managing the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing. Youll combine your leadership experience and commercial drive to build a high-performing team and deliver results in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead coach and develop a Nordic-speaking sales team
* Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reporting
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations HR) to support business growth
* Ensure high levels of motivation engagement and performance within the team
What We're Looking For
* Fluency in a Nordic language and good command of English
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
* Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and account management
* Excellent leadership communication and coaching skills
* Goal-oriented proactive and results-driven
* Willingness to work hybrid in Málaga
