Experteer Overview
In this role you will bridge Product and Sales for the UK and IE regions, helping clients understand the value, integration capabilities, and business impact of Amadeus hospitality solutions. You will engage senior IT and business leaders, lead product demos, and leverage Salesforce to manage opportunities and pipeline. You’ll translate complex tech into business outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solutions. This is a mission-critical sales-stage role with a global footprint and a strong emphasis on hospitality tech and customer value.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Understand customer strategy, challenges, and decision processes to propose suitable IT solutions
• Build relationships with IT and business leaders, including VP/C-level stakeholders
• Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and post-implementation support
• Use Salesforce to track interactions, opportunities, activities, and maintain data quality
• Analyze customer requirements and propose improvements aligned with Amadeus’ strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Portfolio, Sales Engineering, and Delivery teams
• Use Salesforce dashboards and reports to support opportunity management, forecasting, and visibility across accounts
• Support Account Managers in Account Development Plans
• Identify upsell opportunities and respond to RFPs/RFIs
• Contribute to business cases, pricing elements, and competitive insights
• Maintain and update all commercial activities and relevant data in Salesforce for accurate pipeline reporting and follow-up
Responsabilidades
• Strong background in the hospitality / hotel tech industry
• Solid understanding of hotel systems and integrations (iHotelier CRS, GMS, Website solutions)
• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, including opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, and account planning
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
• Confidence in customer-facing roles and experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience with Amadeus hospitality solutions or similar providers is a plus
