The Role
As a Client Onboarding Specialis t, you’ll guide new Shopify brands through their first steps with Growave — from setup and integrations to launch.
You’ll ensure each client feels supported, confident, and ready to grow with our platform.
What You’ll Do
* Manage the full onboarding journey — from sign-up to successful app setup and launch
* Understand client goals and tailor onboarding plans to their needs and timelines
* Ensure smooth implementation of Growave features and integrations
* Troubleshoot and proactively guide clients through setup challenges
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a flawless experience
* Create and refine onboarding materials, templates, and processes
* Gather client feedback to improve product usability and the onboarding journey
* Ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Success team post-launch
About You
* 1–3 years of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success
* Hands-on experience working with Shopify is required
* Experience with SaaS or other eCommerce platforms is a plus
* Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese — other European languages are a plus
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Tech-savvy, proactive, and flexible — able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented and genuinely customer-focused
* Comfortable working remotely and across time zones

12:00–21:00 Spain time (CET/CEST depending on season)
