This is a contract-based, remote role for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Estonia. The CTO will oversee the company’s technological strategy, lead software development projects, and ensure the scalability and security of all technical systems. ç Other day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating closely with co-founders to drive innovation, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and identifying market opportunities to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Required Qualifications
Strong Analytical and Research skills to evaluate technology trends and guide decision-making Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with co-founders, partners, and technical teams Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles to align technical initiatives with broader business strategies Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving innovation Prior experience in startup environments or tech-driven industries is highly advantageous Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field
