* ).?? P&L ownership and business performance: responsibility for revenue, margins, cost control and forecasting, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability of the software factor
* y.?? People leadership & organizational development: management of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps), including hiring, mentoring, performance management and scaling capabilitie
* s.?? International project delivery & client management: oversight of complex global programs, acting as executive point of contact for key clients and ensuring high-quality delivery across geographie
* s.️ Technology & delivery strategy: definition of delivery models, architecture standards and best practices across cloud-native development, modern architectures and data/AI solution
