Viking provides roadside assistance services in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Additionally, we assist drivers throughout Europe via our network and international partners. We ensure the efficient and safe mobility of vehicles and passengers, no matter where the breakdown occurs. Our services are offered in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, and English.
As a customer service consultant, your responsibilities will include receiving and responding to phone inquiries from customers who need roadside assistance. These customers may be in vulnerable situations, and our role is to help and assist them effectively. You will often be the first point of contact when something happens on the road.
We seek employees who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service. As part of a larger team, you will support each other and work across various systems to resolve challenges efficiently. Additionally, you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industries with related questions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
* Experience in customer service
* Fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written
* Good knowledge of data, technology, and systems
* A clean criminal record is required
