Overview
Realizar las funciones administrativas de recepción, control de stocks y expedición de mercancías.
Responsibilities
- Recepción administrativa de productos acabados y Componentes: atender a los conductores y gestionar la documentación administrativa y contable.
- Desubicar informáticamente los productos que deben ser expedidos.
- Resolución de incidencias y devoluciones de clientes y proveedores de expediciones con origen El Pla.
- Resolución de incidencias internas.
- Control de inventario de palets. Resolución administrativa de las discrepancias de paletización entre físico y datos maestros.
- Mantenimiento de los datos maestros propios de la división de los artículos y clientes.
- Control de paquetería/correo interno entre centros de trabajo de el Pla-Barcelona.
- Interlocución entre logística y almacén.
- Contacto con el cliente con el fin de convenir día y hora de entrega de la expedición.
