Anteriad is a B2B sales & marketing agency working with major tech clients such as Intel, Dell and Fujitsu. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to engage Polish businesses and generate qualifying leads for our clients.
Responsibilities
Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech setup.
Present our client’s innovative IT solutions and explain how they can help optimise processes and increase productivity.
Set up meetings between prospects and our clients’ sales experts to move the conversation forward.
Qualifications
Native Polish language speaker plus bilingual English speaker.
Experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service is a plus but not required.
Previous CRM experience is desirable but not required.
Target‑driven mentality and can‑do attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Residence must be in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid) and able to work legally in Spain full‑time.
Compensation
Monthly salary of approximately €1,780 plus an uncapped commission system based on leads generated. Annual earnings potential around €21,390 depending on performance.
