At Fourthline, our mission is to fight financial crime. We help protect the global financial system by verifying millions of identities for banks, neobanks, online brokers, crypto exchanges, or insurers like N26, Trade Republic, flatexDEGIRO, Nationale Nederlanden, Qonto, Shine, Solarisbank, and more. We started in January 2018 and now count around 250 employees between our Amsterdam and Barcelona offices with over 50 nationalities.
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to build and scale our AML Screening & Monitoring product suite to deliver continuous value for our customers in their quest to stay up to date with AML needs and regulatory requirements. You will fully own the product from a business and tech perspective and be the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders, joining sales-oriented meetings to push the products.
You will develop one or two additional services / products (ideally) and be in full control of the product roadmap and metrics. You have established a strong relationship with your teams and can demonstrate the added value and business growth brought by the products you manage.
What you’ll do
* Take full ownership of “your” product and work with partners, engineers, and internal stakeholders to identify problems Fourthline can solve beyond expectations.
* Work with a team of engineers on a clear roadmap, stories, and feature development.
* Launch fast and iterate on AML and database screening solutions and services used by enterprise clients; ensure product market fit for new markets / verticals.
* Take a data driven approach when defining what and what not to ship to build the best product for our needs.
* Ensure our product meets the highest quality and regulatory standards to protect online identities and other sensitive data of our customers.
* Work closely with the Product team to define the positioning of our ID&V product strategy, roadmaps, and execution of new products and features.
What you have
* 5+ years of experience in building products as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
* Ability to translate high level business requirements into working product deliverables to accomplish domain OKRs that contribute to overall company goals.
* Experience building API-based products, handling larger data sets, and interpreting data and documentation.
* Creative problem solver with a holistic mindset; able to connect dots, structure them, and be detail-oriented in describing them.
* Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to define and specify product requirements.
* Preferably experience in AML solutions provision, SAAS environments, or Banking / FinTech / RegTech.
