AVATR, a premium intelligent electric vehicle brand, is seeking a (Job Title) to join our Europe Overseas Business Development Team at our Madrid subsidiary. Together with the team, you will support AVATR’s expansion in the Spanish market across business development, sales, marketing, aftersales, and network operations.
Technical Consultation & Troubleshooting Support
Receive and resolve technical inquiries and complex fault reports from all service dealers in the region.
Provide remote diagnostic support via telematics, video conferencing and technical documentation.
Conduct on-site technical support for critical and high-complexity vehicle issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to headquarters with detailed analysis and follow up until resolution.
Maintain a comprehensive database of resolved technical cases for future reference.
Technical Information Management & Dissemination
Receive, review and translate Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), repair instructions and software release notes from headquarters.
Adapt technical information to local market conditions and regulatory requirements.
Distribute updated technical documentation to all service dealers in a timely manner.
Maintain and update the regional technical knowledge base and digital repair library.
Conduct regular technical information briefings for service center technicians and managers.
Ensure all service dealers have access to the latest technical resources and repair procedures.
Repair Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
Analyze regional repair data to identify recurring issues, repeat repairs and typical failure patterns.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for high-frequency and high-impact repair problems.
Perform regular quality audits of repair work at service dealers to ensure compliance with brand standards
Monitor key quality metrics including First Time Fix Rate (FTFR), repeat repair rate.
Provide feedback to headquarters on product quality issues and design improvement opportunities.
Technical Training & Competency Development
Collaborate with the global and regional training teams to develop technical training programs and materials.
Participate in the assessment of technician technical skills and competency levels across the network.
Assist in designing advanced training curricula for electric vehicle systems, high-voltage components and new model technologies.
Deliver technical training sessions, workshops and hands-on demonstrations for service dealers’ technicians.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for program improvement.
Support the certification process for service technicians and ensure all staff maintain required qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive after-sales technical support or service engineering.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, vehicle programming software and technical information systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and local language (Spanish).
