This role involves travel, relationship building with key stakeholders, and collaboration with various teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a pipeline of potential clients through outbound calls and meetings.
* Building relationships with decision-makers such as CEOs and marketing managers.
* Negotiating terms and closing new business deals.
* Positioning our platform and value proposition to prospective clients.
* Overcoming objections and customizing engagement strategies.
* Representing our brand professionally at all times.
* Achieving and surpassing sales targets regularly.
* Collaborating with internal teams for a seamless sales process.
* Traveling for trade events and regional engagements as needed.
Qualifications:
* 4-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in online or travel sectors.
* Native Spanish speaker with proficient English skills.
* Experience in the travel industry, especially tours or attractions, is preferred.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
* Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
* Bachelor’s Degree required.
* Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
