For our team in Europe, we are currently looking for a Project Contract Manager (Europe) .
Responsibilities
* Lead contractual negotiations with clients in coordination with Legal and Sales teams.
* Manage the internal contract review process, including interdepartmental coordination.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
* Ensure alignment between technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
* Support project execution by managing contractual aspects, including variations, claims, delays, and related matters.
* Ensure traceability and documentation of contractual changes.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering, such as Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as contract management or project management with a contractual component.
* Experience in international projects.
* Knowledge of contracts in industrial or EPC environments.
* Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into contractual solutions.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Risk-oriented mindset and contractual control capability.
* Problem-solving approach.
* Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.
Languages
Fluent English is mandatory, ideally C1 level or above. xbhjioe Other European languages would be a plus.
