We are looking for a SAP Basis Consultant!
Technical Expertise: Must have exposure to SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, especially in the context of SAP Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
Key Skills: Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications. Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers. Advanced knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP). Knowledge of HA/DR (SDDR, LDDR, RTO, RPO) is essential.
Customer Focus and Communication: Excellent customer focus, networking, and relationship-building skills. Results-driven mindset with effective decision-making abilities. Ability to deliver effective customer communication via digital mediums to ensure high customer satisfaction. Self-organized with the ability to manage workload effectively.
Experience: Engineering graduate with a strong SAP technical consulting background. Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role such as consulting, IT support, or IT services.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Customer Engagement: Manage customer engagement and delivery of services, focusing on SAP S/4HANA private cloud edition.
2. Support Operations: Support daily operations including IP ranges, load balancer setup, VPN networks, and DR testing.
3. Support and Service Delivery: Orchestrate service delivery according to SLAs and KPIs, provide technical guidance, monitor tickets, handle issues, and contribute to operational activities.
4. Customer Satisfaction & Escalation Management: Maintain satisfaction, manage escalations, support critical situations, and facilitate DR testing.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with SAP stakeholders and internal teams to ensure customer success and review account status for growth opportunities.
