The Role
We're seeking a VP of Sales - Spain as an individual contributor to drive sales and establish Maisa as the leader in Agentic AI Automation across Spain's medium and large businesses.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on hunting, prospecting, and closing enterprise deals. You'll be our primary sales executive in Spain, responsible for the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature with Global 2000 companies and medium to large Spanish businesses.
Location: Remote anywhere in Spain, with up to 50% travel required
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Execution:
* Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across Spain
* Hunt and prospect new enterprise opportunities using existing network and rolodex
* Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes at C-suite level
* Lead negotiations for large-scale Agentic AI implementations ($500K+ deals)
* Drive deal closure through executive presentations and technical demonstrations
