Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and building business relationships Create quotations and process spare parts orders according to customer data or Service member input Search and verify technical data in the Engineering database or with the Engineering Department as necessary Monitor part supply and transportation until final delivery, keeping customers informed Create recommended spare parts lists and preventive maintenance programs for machinery Requirements: Intermediate degree/Higher degree preferably in mechanics or electro-mechanics, with knowledge of packaging equipment advantageous Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills; SAP ERP system experience beneficial Tech drawing interpretation and CAD skills required in SolidWorks and AutoCAD Able to troubleshoot machines quickly and research options to develop an action plan Self-driven with strong initiative skills, good communication, presentation, business writing, documentation & organizational skills
