What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an Industrialisation Process Engineer to lead the industrialisation and optimisation of our products and manufacturing processes. You will play a key role in bridging R&D;, Production, Quality, and Suppliers, ensuring a smooth transition from product development to serial production while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Industrialisation & Process Development
- Lead the industrialisation of new products from design transfer to serial production.
- Define, develop, and optimise manufacturing processes, production flows, layouts, tooling, and workstations.
- Ensure product designs are compatible with manufacturing capabilities and identify potential production constraints.
- Coordinate production ramp-up activities and support validation of manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate the impact of engineering changes on production processes, costs, and timelines.
Technical Documentation & Standardisation
- Create, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation, work instructions, technical specifications, and process procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation and interpretation of technical documentation within production and supplier facilities.
- Define and maintain manufacturing standards to guarantee product consistency and repeatability.
- Manage engineering change documentation and ensure proper communication across departments.
Supplier & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the primary interface among R&D;, Production, Quality, and external suppliers for industrialisation projects.
- Collaborate with suppliers to define manufacturing requirements, technical specifications, and process improvements.
- Support supplier qualification and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Coordinate industrialization activities to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
Process Optimisation & Quality Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
- Lead Process FMEA activities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyse production data and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing and process-related issues.
- Promote Lean Manufacturing and process-standardisation best practices throughout the organisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrialisation Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar roles.
- Experience in industrial environments, preferably within automotive, electronics, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and industrialisation methodologies.
- Experience creating and managing technical documentation and manufacturing procedures.
- Knowledge of Process FMEA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with suppliers and managing technical requirements.
- Proficiency in CAD software (NX, SolidWorks, Creo or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- English intermediate level.
