Learn more at: Job Summary We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO Commercial to support the leadership of the Spanish commercial business at Dils.
You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO Commercial, ensuring seamless management of day-to-day priorities, strategic coordination, and executive operations.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will play a key role in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic growth, commercial execution, and expansion across the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities Full management and prioritisation of the CEO Commercial's agenda Coordination of internal and external meetings, including senior stakeholders and clients Preparation of briefing documents, presentations, and executive materials Travel coordination (national and international), including end-to-end itinerary management Acting as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Support in the follow-up of strategic and commercial initiatives Ensure alignment and smooth communication across leadership teams Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion Support in ad-hoc projects, reporting, and executive-level coordination Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling and operational challenges Required Qualifications Previous experience supporting executives Strong experience in fast-paced, international or corporate environments Exceptional organisational and time management skills High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Fluent in Spanish and English;
Italian is a plus!
