EV Business Development Manager – AC Charging
Salary €60,000 - €65,000 + Variable + Car
We are looking for a driven EV Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Spain, with a strong focus on EV charging installers and Charge Point Operators (CPOs). This role is idóneo for someone with deep commercial experience in the EV charging ecosystem, a strong network in the market, and the ability to build long-term partnerships that drive revenue and adoption.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the EV charging value chain. Develop and execute a business development strategy for Spain, with a focus on installers and CPOs.
Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across Madrid, Barcelona
Lead commercial conversations with technical and procurement stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and position the right charging, hardware, software, or service solution.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure profitable deals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting and reporting.
Proven experience in business development or sales in EV charging, energy, infrastructure, or adjacent technical sectors.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
A healthy and growing pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Strong repeat business and account expansion.
