Department: Global Service Supply Chain / One Tool Unit / Tools Region EMEA
The One tool unit is the provider of tools used for Wind Turbine Generator installation projects and service across the world. 600 different installation projects in 27 different countries were provided with tools in 2024 in EMEA Region.
**Responsibilities**:
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and solve logistic and planning tasks for the Sales Business Units (SBU's), Construction Tools Hub's (CTH), Integral Procurement (GP), and Technology & Service Solutions (TSS) under the overall targets of One Tool Unit.
- Primary tasks are divided within four areas:
- Handling of customer orders from the individual SBU projects or Service units.
- Coordinating transportation between Tools Hub and worldwide allocated customer.
- Control stocks availability and provide solutions to avoid Project stops.
- Coordination and contact with suppliers
- Logistic and Technical support to construction sites and service operations
- Logistic and Technical support to the regional Construction Tools warehouses
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate Degree or above in Engineering, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain or experience in a similar position at Energy Industry (Wind related)
- Minimum of 3-5 years related logístical experience in a well-established international company.
- Experience in project-oriented work in a make-to-order environment and understanding the importance of project plans and deadlines
- Proficiency in following software: SAP (PE01), SAP Hanna or equivalent ERP software, SAP Document Management System, Engineering Change Management, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills in English both written and orally
