What you'll do
* L1 deskside support: Windows/macOS, O365, VPN, printers, peripherals, mobile device support (MDM/Intune).
* Join/leave, imaging, asset lifecycle, incident & request handling in ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow).
* VIP & meeting room/A/V support; escalate to L2/L3; meet SLAs; keep clean documentation.
* Provide backfill coverage for team members as needed.
What you need
* 1–3+ years in L1 desktop/field support.
* Strong troubleshooting & customer service; basic AD, networking, and hardware skills.
* O365/Intune/MDM, remote support tools; ITIL Foundation/A+ nice to have.
* Spanish B2 certificate required
and professional English.
* Work authorization in Spain
and ability to work onsite daily in Sant Cugat.
Nice to have
* macOS support, ServiceNow, VIP support experience, pharma/regulated environment exposure.
