Could you be the full-time Legal Counsel in Madrid we're looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your legal expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You will be responsible to provide senior legal support and expertise.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Contract Managers, Project Managers), supporting the business in all legal and contractual matters, and much more.
Provide senior legal support and expertise with regard to legal issues arising out of the business activity with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks
Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management, dispute settlement
Contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents
Law degree
Master in business law is a plus
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm
Knowledge of Portuguese laws and experience is a plus.
Excellent English language skills
Native Spanish speaker
