Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
About the role:
* Understand our business, our technology and our teams in order to take part in Fever internal development projects.
* Understand business processes and design, test and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM-based solutions to meet the business requirements.
* Define and implement Salesforce CRM-based solutions, from functional configuration to Flow, Apex and Lightning Web Component development
* Deploy metadata between Sandboxes and Production environments with DevOps
* Display strong presentation, organizational and executional skills.
* Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments: Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and more.
About you:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Work proficiency in English
* 2+ years of relevant development experience in Salesforce Platform
* Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components
* Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments
* Experience in Google Sheets / AppScript development
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
* Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion
* Curiosity and desire to learn, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies
* High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive, in a fast-pace environment
