As a Senior Account Manager, you will own a mixed portfolio of strategic accounts across Europe, with full accountability for retention, expansion, and long-term client health.

We're looking for someone with experience in strategic account management within Saa S, data, or market intelligence, with a demonstrable track record of growing a complex book of business.
As Senior Account Manager you will: Own net revenue retention across your portfolio, with clear accountability for renewal rates and expansion targets Develop and execute account plans for each strategic client, identifying growth opportunities and risks at every stage Lead commercial negotiations on renewals and upsells across multi-stakeholder processes Build and maintain senior and executive-level relationships across your accounts Represent the voice of the customer back into the business, feeding insight to senior leadership and product teams We want to hear from you if: You have 5 + years in strategic account management, ideally in Saa S, data, or market intelligence You can point to specific examples of retention and expansion you have personally driven You are credible and confident managing senior and executive-level stakeholders You have some familiarity with European energy markets or renewables What do they offer? €70-90k + bonus structure Hybrid working in Madrid. xhfqzwm
